Magnetic separators

Research & production company «Erga» has technical and electrochemical laboratories, where magnetic separation processes are studied and antirust protective and decorative coatings for Nd-Fe-B magnets are designed and produced.

Technical laboratory is used to study the effects of magnetic separation/concentration of dry free-flowing and humid materials by various types of separators with different characteristics of magnetic fields' intensity, which allows controlling quality and efficiency of produced equipment.

Electrochemical laboratory is equipped with specialized technological equipment and instruments for electrochemical precipitation of multi-layered zinc, nickel and copper coatings (nickel-copper-nickel, nickel-zinc). Special coatings, designed by our specialists, preserve magnetic properties and significantly improve the decorative appearance of magnets.

Laboratory services:

All customers have an opportunity to perform magnetic separation of various materials using laboratory versions of our separators. Our technical laboratory is equipped with all types of separators, produced by our company:

• grate separators;
• pulley and drum separators;
• roll separators;
• suspended separators;
• plate separators.

Test separation gives our customers an opportunity to evaluate efficiency of recommended separators after analyzing chemical composition of the end-product.
