SMTP separators are installed in pipelines where the product flows under pressure or flows freely.

Principle of operation

Ferromagnetic particles are extracted from various types of liquid products by a powerful magnetic field. Main construction elements of SMTP separators are magnetic rods with stainless steel casings. Magnetic systems can be stationary or interchangeable . Stainless steel net with cells of varying diameter for removal of nonmagnetic materials in the proximity of magnetic rods can also be included. To prevent thickening of the product, SMTP-2 modification of pipeline separators is equipped with a heating "water jacket". All separator joints are protected with rubber compacting. Conjunctive flanges for SMTP separators can be manufactured on customer's request.
